What a great company!
I can not say enough great things about Society 6’s customer service! With three kids in college, I have ordered many tapestries from them. Unfortunately, the last one I ordered arrived with a few imperfections. I contacted customer service and in less than 24 hours I had an email apologizing for the situation and letting me know that a new tapestry was on the way. Less than five days later, the new tapestry arrived at my door. (And this was the week of New Year’s.). Talk about exceptional customer service!
