The best
Use on everything. Even used this mixed 1 to 1 with craft paint over sanded enamel paint. It just makes basecoats stick. I can't do without it. Roughed up plastic storage units with fine sandpaper, mixed 1 to 1 and then used poly over it. Came out nice. Best sealer ever.
